Personal History:
Soon after his first visit in 1987, Christian Fox moved to Oregon and worked at Sundance Wine Cellars of Eugene, Oregon. His experience at Sundance provided him with numerous opportunities to build awareness of the quality of Oregon wines both locally and nationally. He also co-founded the first website dedicated to Oregon wines.
Patchwork Cellars was launched by Christian soon after the 2003 harvest. He did not have to look far to source fruit and juice, as his brother, Stirling Fox of Oregon Grape Management proved to be an invaluable partner.
Brian Thompson joined Christian in 2006 to help spread the word about Patchwork Cellars.
